  Absolutely crap experience. Went to buy a sofa for our new house in January 2016, to be told it would take 10 weeks, so we waited and when we moved into our new house (4 months after we bought the sofa) we asked for it to be delivered and they go to deliver it to the wrong address (we had told them the new address ages before) and they now won't deliver to us until next week. And we have already fully paid but when we ask to have all of our money back, were told we will only get 20% of the money back. It's not good enough, whole company is an absolute let down and disgrace and my family and I will never EVER be shopping here again. Absolutely terrible company. I would rate this 0 stars but I can't. Very temped to take this to court if we only get 20% back.

  Extremely disappointed. We have bought a sofa which was nice and firm when we tried it at the show room but received very low quality. I have sent an email to customer service a month ago with my complain but no response at all.

  Delivery cancelled 3 weeks ago at 16:30 pm on the day due to a "technical problem".
  Re-scheduled for tomorrow 1st Feb - they have just phoned to tell me "they cannot find my two sofas in the warehouse"so they will not be delivered tomorrow.
  They can stick their sofa's - I am going elsewhere.
